If you are interested in the fascinating and high-power field of real estate, now is the time to get the one-on-one coaching and group training you deserve from The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center (UREATC).

The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center

The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center (UREATC) was created to train, coach and mentor those interested in pursuing a career in the real estate industry as a Transaction Coordinator. Through The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center (UREATC), our trainees learn how to work with real estate agents as a Closing Coordinator, and more. We don't spend a lot of time teaching you how to use hundreds of programs that may or may not be used by the brokers and agents, that is only a small portion of our training. Our mission is to teach you how to build a foundation based on real estate principles, agent expectations, and the partnering skills required when working with brokers and agents.

All training sessions are held via webinar. All students will need access to the internet and phone for conferencing.

    Transaction Coordinator

A Transaction Coordinator is a person responsible for managing and monitoring the transaction process through interfacing with real estate professionals, clients, customers, vendors, title and escrow, attorneys, and lenders. The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the escrow closing process and completing all tasks assigned during the normal transaction process of the Broker and/or Agent.

    REO Support Assistant

The REO Support Assistant training was created to give those interested in supporting REO Brokers and Agents with the tasks necessary to successfully, complete BPOs, order/manage pre-market/property preservation tasks, list, market, and successfully close each REO Transaction.

Our training is designed for unlicensed real estate assistants new to the industry.
